Transcript Requests

Graduates of Mars Area High School who need to obtain a copy of their high school transcript may e-mail a request to Kayley Thomas, Guidance Secretary, at [email protected]. Please include ALL of the following information:

  • Name
  • Maiden Name (if married)
  • Date of Birth
  • Graduation Date (month/year)
  • Street Address
  • City/State/ZIP code
  • Phone
  • E-mail
  • Reason for Request
  • Transcripts to be E-mailed/Mailed?

Note: Mars Area High School will send high school transcripts ONLY to the provided home address or e-mail address of the graduate whose name appears on the individual transcript. The graduate is responsible for forwarding the information to the appropriate employer, school or other institution.
