Mars Area High School Girls Varsity Soccer Team will take on the Montour Spartans in the quarterfinals of the 2018 WPIAL Class 3A Girls Soccer Championship at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 24, at Seneca Valley Senior High School.

The Lady Planets tamed the Greensburg Salem Golden Lions 9-0 in the first round of the WPIAL playoffs on Oct. 20. The team ended the 2018 regular season with an overall record of 15-0 and went undefeated (14-0) in section play, earning the Section 1-3A title.
