Mars Area High School Guidance Office will issue one Work Permit per District resident (ages  14-18). Work permits are available in the Guidance Office (520 Route 228, Mars) from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Thursday. (Note: Because of traffic congestion parents/guardians, who are picking up work permits, are advised to wait until morning school drop-off has concluded.) Those applying for a permit must complete and submit the following form:

The above form may be printed or obtained at the Mars Area High School Guidance Office. THE FORM MUST BE COMPLETED IN THE GUIDANCE OFFICE OR IN THE PRESENCE OF A CERTIFIED NOTARY.  A valid birth certificate or passport is required to verify applicant's age.
