Mars Area High School will hold a “Getting Into College” Program at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, April 24.

The program, open to parents of juniors and sophomores, will welcome representatives from Allegheny College, Duquesne University, Hiram College, Pennsylvania State University and The University of Pittsburgh who will discuss what post-secondary educational institutions are looking for in applicants. Additional topics will include financial aid and a recommended timeline for high school seniors.
