Mars Area High School Boys Varsity Hockey Team will take on the Franklin Regional Panthers in the first round of the 2019 Pennsylvania Interscholastic Hockey League (PIHL) Class 2A Penguins Cup Playoffs at 9:30 p.m. on Monday, March 4, at Baierl Ice Complex
The Fightin Planets ended the 2018-2019 regular season with an overall record of 15-4 and 9-3 in the Class 2A Northwest Division. Last season, the team advanced to the play-in round of the PIHL playoffs.
