All members of the Mars Area School District community are invited to participate a Superintendent Search Focus Group Discussion from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, in the LGI Room at Mars Area High School. 

The District's professional search consultant, Mr. Tom Templeton of TEMPLETON Advantage LLC, will facilitate the group conversation and provide Mars Area School Board with a report of the results.  Mr. Templeton has conducted many focus group sessions with educational and community organizations around Pennsylvania and is skilled at presenting the information to the Board with professionalism and in a manner that respects everyone’s involvement.  

Please feel comfortable attending and expressing your views with candor and honesty. The members of Mars Area School Board will not be in attendance at this session.
