Mars Area High School students will present the musical, Mamma Mia!, at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, April 3, and at 1 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 4, in the auditorium.

The story, told through the music of ABBA, follows Sophie (Meghan McKenzie), a young woman searching for her birth father to give her away at her wedding; however, her mother, Donna (Ellie Howell), the former lead singer of a 1970s pop group, refuses to talk about the past. Sneaking a peek at her mother’s old diaries, Sophie invites three potential candidates Bill (Mitchell Wright), Harry (Michael Crowley) and Sam (Zachary Ottenweller), to her wedding.

A limited number of tickets will be available for purchase at the door prior to each performance. A portion of the proceeds benefits Mars Planet Foundation.
