Mars Area High School Girls Varsity Soccer Team will take on the Montour Spartans in the semifinals of the 2021 WPIAL Class 3A Girls Soccer Championship at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 2, at Ambridge Area Senior High School.

The Lady Planets grounded the Oakland Catholic Eagles 6-0 in the WPIAL Quarterfinals on Oct. 28; and defeated the Penn Hills Indians 7-0 in the first round on Oct. 25. The team ended the 2021 regular season undefeated with an overall record of 12-0-1 and went undefeated (12-0) in section play, earning the Section 4-3A title.
