Mars Area School District will host a “Salute to Service Night’ at the Fightin’ Planets Varsity Football Team’s game against the Hampton Talbots at 7 p.m on Friday, Oct. 21, at Mars Athletics Complex.

All active, reserve and veteran military men and women as well as all first responders will receive free admission to the game and will be recognized during the first and second quarters.

Members of the Pine-Richland/Mars Area U.S. Air Force JROTC will present the colors pregame. And, the “Galaxy” student section will feature a camouflage/red, white and blue theme.
