The returning PIAA and WPIAL champion Mars Area High School Girls Varsity Soccer Team will take on the Penn-Trafford Warriors in the first round of the 2022 WPIAL Class 3A Girls Soccer Championship at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 24, at Mars Athletic Complex.

The Planets ended the 2022 regular season undefeated with an overall record of 14-0 and 12-0 in section play, earning the Section 1-3A title.
