Mars Area School District will host the 2023 Pennsylvania Music Educators Association (PMEA) Junior High Strings Festival on Thursday, Nov. 2, at Mars Area High School.

The event will bring together students in Grades 7-9 from various area school districts, who will perform under the direction of Donna S. Fox, South Hills Junior Orchestra artistic director and co-founder.

A public concert will be offered at 7 p.m. Tickets will be available for purchase at the door.
