Mars Area High School Boys Varsity Soccer Team will take on the Conrad Weiser Scouts in the first round of the 2024 PIAA Class 3A Boys Varsity Soccer Championship at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 5, at Conrad Weiser High School (Robesonia, Pa.).

The Fightin’ Planets took third place in the 2024 WPIAL Class 3A Boys Varsity Soccer Championships, after besting the Bethel Park Black Hawks 2-0 in the Third-Place Consolation Game on Oct. 30. The team advanced to the WPIAL Semifinals on Oct. 28; but was defeated 2-1 by the Franklin Regional Panthers.

The Planets broke the Chartiers Valley Colts 1-0 in the WPIAL Quarterfinals on Oct. 23; and thwarted the Penn-Trafford Warriors 4-1 in the first round of the WPIAL playoffs on Oct. 19. The team ended the 2024 regular season with an overall record of 13-1-4 and 9-1-2 in Section 1-3A.
