Mars Area High School’s 2024 Mars Area Sports Hall of Fame inductees will be recognized at the Fightin’ Planets football game against the Montour Spartans at 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 20, at Mars Athletic Complex.
Inductees are:
- Heather Blair (Class of 1995), basketball
- Lydia Dennis (Class of 2014), track & field
- Erin Hershman (Class of 2014), softball
- Christian Locher (Class of 2011), basketball
- Owen Nearhoof (Class of 2014), football/basketball
- Karli Paracca (Class of 2014), soccer
- Bob Marcoux (coach), lacrosse
- 2011 Girls Varsity Soccer Team
Mars Area Sports Hall of Fame honors those individuals who have distinguished themselves in athletics during and beyond their years at Mars Area School District. Nominations are accepted through April 15 of the previous school year.
