Mars Area High School Boys & Girls Varsity Basketball Teams will hold a “Mars Madness” Tournament for Hope at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 19, in the gymnasium.

The event will introduce the members of the boys and girls basketball teams, the cheerleaders and dance team. Activities will include music and entertainment, contests, and more.

In addition, the boys and girls teams are holding a Toy Drive competition to see which team can collect the most donations to benefit local families in need through with Inspired Hearts & Hands. The teams will collect new items such as art supplies, bluetooth speakers, LED lights, LEGOs, games, lotions/body sprays, Matchbox cars/tracks, Play-Doh, RC cars/trucks, sports balls, superhero toys, etc.
