Mars Area High School Boys Varsity Basketball Team will take on the Penn-Trafford Warriors in the quarterfinals of the 2024-2025 WPIAL Class 5A Boys Varsity Basketball Championship at 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 21, at Fox Chapel Area High School.
The Fightin’ Planets trounced the South Fayette Lions 50-46 in the first round of the playoffs on Feb. 18. The team ended the regular season with an overall record of 12-10 and 6-6 in Section 4-5A.
Tickets are $5 for students and $7 for adults and may be purchased online at www.gofan.co/wpial. All tickets sold at the gate are $7.
