Mars Area High School Girls Varsity Lacrosse Team will take on the Chartiers Valley Warriors in the final game of the 2025 WPIAL Class 2A Girls Varsity Lacrosse Championship at 6 p.m. on Friday, May 23, at Upper St. Clair High School.
The Lady Planets trounced the Blackhawk Cougars 13-8 in the WPIAL Semifinals on May 19; and, grounded the Oakland Catholic Eagles 23-1 in the WPIAL Quarterfinals on May 14. The team ended the regular season with an overall record of 15-1 and went undefeated (10-0) in section play, earning the Section 2-2A title.
