In celebration of Crêpe Day (Tuesday, Feb. 2) and Mardi Gras (Tuesday, Feb. 16) Mars Area High School's French teachers are inviting the school's students to participate in an inaugural Crêpe Competition.

 

Participants are asked to share crêpes that they make at home through TikTok, Twitter and Instagram using the hashtags, #planetpolyglots and #marsarea, and mentioning @mars_madame et @monsieur_a_mars.

 

Participating students will have a chance to win gift cards sponsored by French Club to La Gourmandine in Pittsburgh. Categories include: Best Crêpe Flip, Best Dessert Crêpe Fold & Plating, Best Savory Crêpe Fold & Plating, and Best Crêpe Resembling the Planet Mars.
