Mars Area High School students will present Game of Tiaras by Don Zolidis at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 15, and at 1 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 16, in the auditorium.
The play follows the tale of a King (Ethan Kemper) who to decides split his empire between his three daughters, Cinderella (Ellie Howell), Belle (Lauren Spindler), and the Snow Queen (Meghan McKenzie). A comedic adaptation of King Lear, the play combines the gut-wrenching plot twists of Game of Thrones and the soul-numbing despair of Shakespearean tragedy.
