Mars Area High School senior Olivia Donnelly has signed a letter of intent to join the Blue Streaks Women’s Basketball Team at the John Carroll University, where he plans to major in business with an emphasis on sports.

Donnelly is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Girls Varsity Basketball Team, which advanced to the second round of the 2022-2023 PIAA Class 5A Girls Varsity Basketball Championship, after taking sixth place in the WPIAL Championships and tying for first place in Section 2-5A. She was named to the WPIAL Class 5A All-Section (2) First Team.

At Mars Area High School, Donnelly is a member of Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), National Honor Society, Spanish National Honor Society, and Student Council. In the community, she volunteers with youth basketball camps and Pittsburgh Food Bank.
