Several Mars Area High School student athletes signed letters of intent to continue their sports careers at the college level:

Young man with curly hair and a mustache, smiling in front of a sports-themed background.Ben Detisch has signed a letter of intent to join the Nittany Lions Men’s Basketball Team at Pennsylvania State University — Behrend, where he plans to major in supply chain management.

Detisch is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Boys Varsity Basketball Team, which advanced to the Play-in Round of the 2025-2026 WPIAL Class 5A Boys Varsity Basketball Championship. This season, he was named to the Section 4-5A Second Team and was selected to compete in the 29th annual A-K Valley Cager Classic.

At Mars Area High School, he is also a member of Invest Club and Key Club. In the community, he volunteers with youth basketball and his church, and works at Dibellas’s Subs.

Hanna is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Varsity Cheerleading Team and a one-year member of the school Competition Cheer Team.

At Mars Area High School, she is a member of Student Council (president), French Club (vice president), French National Honor Society and Future Women in Health Care.

Young man smiling in a gray hoodie against a colored background.Preston Heynes has signed a letter of intent to join the Nittany Lions Men’s Swimming & Diving Team at Pennsylvania State University — Behrend, where he plans to major in engineering.

Heynes, a four-year member of Mars Area High School Boys Varsity Swimming & Diving Team, placed in the 200-Yard Freestyle at the 2026 WPIAL Class 3A Swimming Championships and was a member of the relay teams that placed in the 200-Yard and 400-Yard Freestyle Relay events. He received an honorable mention as a 2026 Butler Eagle Swimming All-Star.

At Mars Area High School, Heynes is a member of Varsity Club and the school’s Water Protection Program.

Lefcakis is a four-year member of the Mars Area High School Varsity Cheerleading Team and a three-year member of the school’s Varsity Competitive Cheer Team. She is also a one-year member of the Girls Varsity Flag Football Team.

At Mars Area High School, Lefcakis is a member of Bible Club, REACH, and the school’s MISA/AFS Chapter.

Vargo is a four-year member and captain of the Mars Area High School Varsity Cheerleading Team and a three-year member and captain of the school’s Varsity Competitive Cheer Team.

At Mars Area High School, she is also a member of Best Buddies Club, Class Council, Key Club, National Honors Society, Science National Honors Society and Student Council. She has also performed in the Mars Area High School Spring Musical for three years, serving as a dance captain and featured dancer.

She is a 16-year member of the Competitive Dance Team at Studio 19 Dance Complex (Mars), where she also serves as a student teacher. In the community, Vargo volunteers at Inspired Hearts & Hands and St. Mark The Evangelist Parish; serves as a junior coach with Mars Youth Football; and is an attendant at Adams Township Splash Pad.

Wolf is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Boys Varsity Cross Country Team. At Mars Area High School, he is also a member of Bible Club, Chess Club and Spanish Club

In the community, he works at Agway.

Budzilek is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Boys Varsity Football Team, which advanced to the 2025 WPIAL Class 4A Quarterfinals. He was named to the WPIAL All-Conference Football Team for Offense and the Greater Allegheny All-Conference First Team Offense; and he was selected for the PSFCA East-West Big School All-Star Game.

At Mars Area High School, he is also a member of Spanish Club and Tech Ed Club.

Carrel is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Varsity Cheerleading Squad and Competition Cheer Team, which joined in the 2025-2026 WPIAL Class 3A Competitive Spirit Competition and 2026 UCA National High School Cheerleading Championships.

At Mars Area High School, Carrel is also a four-year member of the Varsity Track & Field Team as well as the Best Buddies Club, Class Council, Fall Play, Future Women in Healthcare, National Honor Society, School Musical, Science National Honor Society and Student Council. 

In the community, she serves as a Mars Youth Cheer coach, a private instructor at Fire & Ice All-Stars private cheer instructor, as a lifeguard (Adams Ridge & Cranberry Township Waterpark). She is also a team member at Bruster’s Real Ice Cream.

He is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Boys Varsity Soccer Team, which advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2025 WPIAL Class 3A Boys Varsity Soccer Championship. He was named to the 2025 All-WPIAL Class 3A Team and the Butler Eagle All-County Boys Soccer First Team.

Duffy is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Boys Varsity Lacrosse team, which advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2025 PIAA Class 2A Boys Varsity Lacrosse Championship, after earning its ninth consecutive WPIAL Title as well as the Section 2-2A title.

At Mars Area High School, he is a member of Investment Club. In the community, Duffy works at Giant Eagle.

Franklin is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Varsity Football Team, which advanced to the 2025 WPIAL Class 4A Quarterfinals. He was named to the 2025 PA Football Writers’ Class 4A All-State Team, WPIAL All-Conference Football Team for Offense and the Greater Allegheny All-Conference Second Team Defense; and he was selected for the PSFCA East-West Big School All-Star Game.

At Mars Area High School, he is also a three-year member of the Boys Varsity Basketball Team as well as Science National Honor Society, Spanish Club (President), Spanish National Honor Society and Student Council. He is also involved in community service.

Hein is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Boys Varsity Football Team, which advanced to the 2025 WPIAL Class 4A Quarterfinals. He was named to the 2025 PA Football Writers’ Class 4A All-State Team, the WPIAL All-Conference Football Team for Offense, and the Greater Allegheny All-Conference First Team Offense; and he was selected for the PSFCA East-West Big School All-Star Game.

At Mars Area High School, Hein is also a one-year member of the Varsity Baseball Team; a two-year member of the Varsity Track & Field Team; and a member of the school’s Best Buddies Club and Creative Writing Club. In the community, he volunteers with Mars Home for Youth and Friends Helping Friends.

Krafjack is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Varsity Baseball Team, which advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2025 WPIAL Class 5A Varsity Baseball Championships.

Knezovich is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Boys Varsity Soccer Team, which advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2025 WPIAL Class 3A Boys Varsity Soccer Championship. He was named to the 2025 All-Section 1-3A Team as well as the Butler Eagle All-County Boys Varsity Soccer First Team.

At Mars Area High School, he is also a one-year member of the Varsity Football Team as well as a member of French Club. In the community, he has volunteered with the Kickin’ for Kids Soccer Camp.

Kresinski is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Varsity Football Team, which advanced to the 2025 WPIAL Class 4A Quarterfinals. He was named to the Greater Allegheny Conference All-Conference Second Team Defense.

At Mars Area High School, Kresinski was also a two-year member of the Boys Varsity Basketball Team and a one-year member of the Varsity Track & Field Team. He is also a member of the Creative Writing Club (President), German Club, INVEST Club and Senior Class Council.

In the community, Kresinski works a Berkeley Creek Pet Resort and has volunteered with Wreaths Across America, Pittsburgh Food Pantry and two local youth football camps.

At Mars Area High School, Moran is a two-year member of the Varsity Wrestling Team.

signed a letter of intent to join the Blue Streaks Women’s Golf Team at John Carrol University, where she plans to major in finance and data analytics.

Myler is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Girls Varsity Golf Team, which took third place overall at the 2025 Girls Varsity Golf MAC Invitational. In 2025, Myler advanced to the WPIAL Class 3A Girls Varsity Golf Individual Finals and was named a Butler Eagle All-County Golf All-Star.

At Mars Area High School, she is a member of Future Business Leaders of America, National Honor Society and Student Council. In the community, Myler participates in Irish Dance and is an Irish Dance teacher.

Renner is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Boys Varsity Lacrosse team which advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2025 PIAA Class 2A Boys Varsity Lacrosse Championship, after earning its ninth consecutive WPIAL Title as well as the Section 2-2A title.

In the community, he volunteers as a coach and works in landscaping.

Santoro is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Boys Varsity Basketball Team, which advanced to the play-in round of the 2025-2026 WPIAL Class 5A Boys Varsity Basketball Championship.

At Mars Area High School, he is a member of Creative Writing Club, German Club, German National Honor Society, Invest Club, and the Orbit News staff.

In the community, he volunteers with Mars Youth Basketball camps, Lutheran Senior Life, and the Treesdale Clean-Up Committee.

Stasiowski is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Boys Varsity Soccer Team, which advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2025 WPIAL Class 3A Boys Varsity Soccer Championship. He was named to the 2025 All-WPIAL Class 3A and All-Section 1-3A teams.

Wooldridge is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Girls Varsity Volleyball Team, which advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2025 PIAA Class 3A Girls Volleyball Championship, after taking third place in the 2025 WPIAL Championships and earning the Section 2-3A title. She was named to the Butler Eagle All-County Girls Volleyball Team.

At Mars Area High School, she is a member of Key Club and Coloring Club. In the community, she volunteers with Inspired Hearts & Hands.

Alexis CashdollarAlexis Cashdollar signed a letter of intent to join Demon Deacon Basketball Team at the Wake Forest University. She has yet to declare a major.

Cashdollar is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Girls Varsity Basketball Team, which advanced to the first round of the 2024-2025 PIAA Class 5A Girls Varsity Basketball Championship after taking fourth place in the WPIAL Class 5A Championship.

At Mars Area High School, she was a two-year member of the Girls Varsity Soccer Team as well as a member of Best Buddies Club, Key Club, Spanish Club, Spanish National Honor Society and Varsity Club.

Cecilia ChristyCecilia Christy signed a letter of intent to join the Pheonix Women’s Volleyball Team at Elon University, where he plans to major in business/marketing.

Christy is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Girls Varsity Volleyball Team, which advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2025 PIAA Class 3A Girls Volleyball Championship, after taking third place in the 2025 WPIAL Class 3A Championships and earning the Section 2-3A title.

At Mars Area High School, she is also a four-year member of the Girls Varsity Basketball Team as well as a member of Key Club, National Honor Society, Spanish Club and Student Council. In the community, she play AAU basketball and club volleyball.

Alaina GrahamAlaina Graham signed a letter of intent to join the Ducks Women’s Volleyball Team at Stevens Institute of Technology, where she plans to major in engineering management.

Graham is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Girls Varsity Volleyball Team, which advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2025 PIAA Class 3A Girls Volleyball Championship, after taking third place in the 2025 WPIAL Class 3A Championships and earning the Section 2-3A title.

At Mars Area High School, she is also a two-year member of the Girls Varsity Flag Football Team as well as a member of Key Club (treasurer), National Honor Society, Spanish Club, Spanish National Honor Society and Student Council. In the community, she serves as a nanny.

Timothy JoosTimothy Joos signed a letter of intent to join the Fire Ants Men’s Baseball Team at the University of South Carolina Sumter, where he plans to major in finance.

Joos is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Baseball Team, which advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2025 WPIAL Class 5A Varsity Baseball Championships.

Noah LampingNoah Lamping signed a letter of intent to join the Bearcats Men’s Lacrosse Team at St. Vincent College, where he plans to major in accounting.

Lamping is a two-year member of Mars Area High School Boys Varsity Lacrosse Team, which advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2025 PIAA Class 2A Boys Varsity Lacrosse Championship, after earning the team’s ninth consecutive WPIAL Title as well as the Section 2-2A title.

At Mars Area High School, he is a member of German Club.

Connor LongConnor Long signed a letter of intent to join the Pacers Men’s Lacrosse Team at Marywood University, where he plans to major in architecture.

Long is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Boys Varsity Lacrosse team, which advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2025 PIAA Class 2A Boys Varsity Lacrosse Championship, after earning the team’s ninth consecutive WPIAL Title as well as the Section 2-2A title.

At Mars Area High School, he is also a member of Key Club. In the community, participated in a toy drive, coached with Mars Youth Lacrosse, and works at Olive Garden.

Addison OrehowskyAddison Orehowsky signed a letter to join the Colonials Women’s Soccer Team at Robert Morris University, where she plans to major in biomedical engineering.

Orehowsky is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Girls Varsity Soccer Team, which advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2025 WPIAL Class 3A Girls Varsity Soccer Championship.

At Mars Area High School, Orehowsky is a member of Key Club, National Honor Society, Science National Honor Society, Student Council (secretary), and Varsity Club and a former member of Spanish Club. Along with classmates in her CHS Entrepreneurship Class, she sponsored a dodgeball tournament that raised $800 to benefit a mental health organization.

In the community, she plays for Beadling Soccer Club.

Braden SchmittBraden Schmitt signed a letter of intent to join the Bearcats Men’s Baseball Team at St. Vincent College, where he plans to major in business/data analytics.

Schmitt is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Varsity Baseball Team, which advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2025 WPIAL Class 5A Varsity Baseball Championships.

Grady SpeigleGrady Speigle signed a letter of intent to join the Tomcats Men’s Baseball Team at Theil College. He has yet to declare a major.

Speigle is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Varsity Baseball Team, which advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2025 WPIAL Class 5A Varsity Baseball Championships.

At Mars Area High School, he is a member of Spanish Club and Student Council. In the community, he works at Target.

Jack TirchJack Tirch signed a letter of intent to join the Flyers Men’s Lacrosse Team at Lewis University, where he plans to major in sports management.

Tirch is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Boys Varsity Lacrosse team, which advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2025 PIAA Class 2A Boys Varsity Lacrosse Championship, after earning the team’s ninth consecutive WPIAL Title as well as the Section 2-2A title.

At Mars Area High School, he is also a four-year member of Mars Area High School Boys Varsity Hockey Team. In the community, he volunteers as a winter lacrosse coach.

Grant WeaverGrant Weaver signed a letter of intent to join the Wolverines Men’s Lacrosse Team at Grove City College, where he plans to major in exercise science.

Weaver is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Boys Varsity Lacrosse team, which advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2025 PIAA Class 2A Boys Varsity Lacrosse Championship, after earning the team’s ninth consecutive WPIAL Title as well as the Section 2-2A title.

At Mars Area High School, he is also a four-year member of the Boys Varsity Hockey Team and a member of Spanish Club. In the community, he volunteers with Mars Youth Lacrosse.

Joshua WilburnJoshua Wilburn signed a letter of intent to join the Polar Bears Men’s Lacrosse Team at Ohio Northern University, where he plans to major in business management.

Wilburn is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Boys Varsity Lacrosse Team, which advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2025 PIAA Class 2A Boys Varsity Lacrosse Championship, after earning the team’s ninth consecutive WPIAL Title as well as the Section 2-2A title.

At Mars Area High School, he is a member of FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) Club and Ski Club. In the community, he joined in a Play It Forward toy drive; volunteers with Mars Youth Lacrosse’s winter clinics; and works at Moe’s Southwest Grille.

Several Mars Area High School seniors signed letters of intent to continue their sports and other careers at the college level:

Chase AllardChase Allard has committed to joining the infantry of the United States Marine Corp.

At Mars Area High School, Allard is a three-year member of the Boys Varsity Swimming & Diving Team and Boys Varsity Volleyball Team. He is also a member of Film Club and the high school’s Water Protection Program.

In the community, he volunteers with Adams Area Fire District.

Zachary AngoffZachary Angoff signed a letter of intent to join the Griffins Men’s Soccer at Seton Hill University, where he plans to major in finance.

Angoff is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Boys Varsity Soccer Team, which competed in the 2024 PIAA Class 3A Boys Varsity Soccer Championship, after taking third place in the WPIAL Championships.

At Mars Area High School, he is a member of the Coloring Expressions Club and Key Club. In the community, Angoff plays soccer with Steel City FC and volunteers with the Inspired Hearts & Hands Kickz 4 Kidz Soccer Camp

Sean BrennanSean Brennan signed a letter of intent to join the Yellowjackets Men’s Lacrosse Team at Baldwin Wallace University, where he plans to major in business finance.

Brennan is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Boys Varsity Lacrosse Team, which took second place in the 2024 PIAA Class 2A Boys Varsity Lacrosse Championship after winning the WPIAL Championship and Section 2-2A titles.

At Mars Area High School, Brennan is a two-year member of the Boys Varsity Soccer Team and the Boys Varsity Hockey Team. In the community, he works at Jersey Mike’s Subs.

Fallon BrightFallon Bright signed a letter of intent to join the Norse Women’s Track & Field Team (triathlon) at Northern Kentucky University, where she plans to major in nursing.

Bright is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Girls Varsity Cross Country Team, a three-year member of the Girls Varsity Swimming & Diving Team, and a one-year member of the Girls Varsity Track & Field Team.

At Mars Area High School, she is a member of French Club, French National Honor Society, National Honor Society, and Science National Honor Society. In the community, Bright plays piano and she volunteers at the St. Mark the Evangelist Parish Fellowship Dinner and Vacation Bible School.

Elli DeMarcoElli DeMarco signed a letter of intent to join the Cheer/Dance program at University of Central Florida, where she plans to major in education.

DeMarco, a four-year member and a captain of Mars Area High School Dance Team, has been dancing for 15 years and trains at Intensity Dance Academy.

At Mars Area High School, she served a dance captain in the school’s production of Peter Pan: Broadway’s Timeless Musical, and participates in previous musicals, including Mary Poppins and Grease. In the community, she volunteers with Club Hope Foundation.

Liam HeinLiam Hein signed a letter of intent to join the Pioneers Men’s Wrestling Team at Point Park University, where he plans to major in business management.

Hein, a four-year member of Mars Area High School Boys Varsity Wrestling Team, competed in the 2025 WPIAL Class 3A Boys Varsity Wrestling Championships.

At Mars Area High School, he is also a four-year member of the Varsity Football Team and a one-year member of the Varsity Baseball Team as well as a member of Best Buddies Club, Creative Writing Club and Spanish Club.

In the community, Hein is a member of South Hills Wrestling Academy Wrestling Club, Quest School of Wrestling, and OMP Wrestling Club. He has also served as a camp counselor at South Hills Wrestling Academy; assisted with renovations at MHY Family Services; served as an assistant coach with Mars Youth Football; and volunteered with Baseball Buddies.

Eric KasperowiczEric Kasperowicz signed a letter of intent to join the Blue Streaks Football Team at John Carroll University, where he plans to major in business.

Kasperowicz is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Varsity Football Team, which advanced to the 2024 WPIAL Class 4A Varsity Football Championships. A football player for 10 years, he was named to the 2024 Greater Allegheny All-Conference First Team Offense.

Jack MuellerJack Mueller signed a letter of intent to join the Blue Streaks Lacrosse Team at John Carroll University, where he plans to major in business.

Mueller is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Boys Varsity Lacrosse Team, which took second place in the 2024 PIAA Class 2A Boys Varsity Lacrosse Championship after winning the WPIAL Championship and Section 2-2A titles.

Blake YatesBlake Yates signed a letter of intent to join the Big Red Football Team at Denison University, where he plans to major in global commerce.

Yates is a three-year member of Mars Area High School Varsity Football Team, which advanced to the 2024 WPIAL Class 4A Varsity Football Championships. He is also a three-year member of the Boys Varsity Basketball Team and a one-year member of the Boys Varsity Track & Field Team.

At Mars Area High School, Yates is a member of Interact Club, Key Club and Varsity Club. In the community, he volunteers with youth football camps and youth basketball camps and he works at Giant Eagle.

Ben BowserBen Bowser signed a letter of intent to join the Scots Men’s Lacrosse Team at Maryville College, where he plans to major in finance.

Bowser is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Boys Varsity Lacrosse Team, which earned the 2024 WPIAL Class 2A Title and took second place in the PIAA Boys Varsity Lacrosse Championship. He is also a four-year member of the school’s Boys Varsity Hockey Team.

Austin CampbellAustin Campbellsigned a letter of intent to join the Wolverines Men’s Basketball Team at Grove City College, where he plans to major in finance and accounting.

Campbell is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Boys Varsity Basketball Team, which advanced to the first round of the 2023-2024 WPIAL Class 5A Boys Varsity Basketball Championship. In 2023, he was selected for the Boys All-Tournament Team at the Innisfree Hotels Beach Basketball Tournament.



Ian CoulterIan Coulter
signed a letter of intent to join the Brewers Men’s Lacrosse Team at Vassar College, where he plans to major in economics.

Coulter is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Boys Varsity Lacrosse Team, which earned the 2024 WPIAL Class 2A Title and took second place in the PIAA Boys Varsity Lacrosse Championship.

At Mars Area High School, he is a member of Interact Club, Key Club, National Honor Society, Science National Honor Society and Varsity Club. In the community, he volunteers with Butler Youth Leadership Program and works at Treesdale Country Club.

Laura CraskaLaura Craska signed a letter of intent to join the Black Bears Women’s Softball Team at the University of Maine, where she plans to major in child development and family relations.

Craska is a four-year starter on Mars Area High School Varsity Softball Team, which advanced to the first round of the 2024 WPIAL Class 5A Varsity Softball Championship. In 2024, she was named to the All-Section 3-5A First Team.

At Mars Area High School, she is a member of German Club and German National Honors Society. In the community, she serves as a camp counselor at No Offseason Sports.

Breanna GoerlBreanna Goerl signed a letter of intent to join the Yellowjackets Women’s Soccer Team at Baldwin Wallace University, where she plans to major in nursing.

Goerl is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Girls Varsity Soccer Team, which advanced to the semifinals of the 2024 PIAA Class 3A Girls Varsity Soccer Championship. She was also a member of the Girls Varsity Lacrosse Team for two years.

At Mars Area High School, she is a member of Class Council, National Honor Society, Spanish Club, Spanish National Honors Society and Student Council.

In the community, she gives swim lessons at Lucky Fins Swim Company and she serves as a lifeguard at Cranberry Township Waterpark.

Lindsay KivlanLindsay Kivlan signed a letter of intent to join the Dukes Women’s Acrobatics & Tumbling Team at Duquesne University, where she plans to major in psychology and criminal justice.

Kivlan, a Level 10 gymnast at X-Cel Gymnastics, has been participating in gymnastics since age 2. She competed as a member of the 2023 and 2024 Eastern National Gymnastics Team, bring home national medals on vault in both years.

In 2023, she was a Level 9 PA State All-Around Champion. In addition, she was  the state champion in bars, beam and vault.

Mya LeeMya Lee signed a letter of intent to join the Golden Eagles Women’s Diving Team at PennWest University — Clarion, where she plans to major in environmental science.

Lee is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Diving Team. She took eighth place in the One-Meter Diving event at the 2024 WPIAL Class 3A Diving Championships and sixth place in the 2024 MAC Swimming & Diving Championship.

At Mars Area High School, she is a member of Future Teachers of America, Photography Club and Show Choir.

Derek PiatekDerek Piatek signed a letter of intent to join the Red Flash Men’s Volleyball Team at St. Francis University, where he plans to pursue a master’s degree in exercise physiology and a doctorate in physical therapy.

Piatek is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Boys Varsity Volleyball Team, which earned the 2024 WPIAL Class 2A Title and advanced to the semifinals of the 2024 PIAA Boys Varsity Volleyball Championship. He was selected for the 2024 All-Section 2-2A Team.

At Mars Area High School, he is a member of Chess Club, Concert Band, Enrichment Club, Jazz Band, Spanish Club and Wind Ensemble. In the community, he works at North Park Lounge and serves as a referee for Mars Area Soccer Club.

Brynn RamseyBrynn Ramsey signed a letter of intent to join the Dukes Women’s Soccer Team at Duquesne University, where she plans to major in business.

Ramsey is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Girls Varsity Soccer Team, which advanced to the semifinals of the 2024 PIAA Class 3A Girls Varsity Soccer Championship. This season, she was named to the All-WPIAL Class 3A and All-Section 1-3A teams.

At Mars Area High School, she is a member of Class Council, Interact Club, Key Club, National Honor Society, Science National Honor Society, Spanish National Honor Society and Student Council.

In the community, she is a members of Beadling Soccer Club.

Ella RoachElla Roach signed a letter of intent to join the Dukes Women’s Lacrosse Team at Duquesne University, where she plans to major in biology.

Roach is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Girls Varsity Lacrosse Team, which earned the 2024 WPIAL Class 2A Title and advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2024 PIAA Girls Varsity Lacrosse Championship. She was selected for the 2024 All-WPIAL and All-Section 2-2A Girls Lacrosse Teams and she was named a 2024 USA Lacrosse All-American.

At Mars Area High School, she is a member of Interact Club, Key Club, Science National Honors Society and Spanish National Honor Society. In the community, Roach works at Berkley Creek Pet Retreat and volunteers with Mars Girls Youth Lacrosse Association and at MHY Family Services.

Abigail RobinsonAbigail Robinson signed a letter of intent to join the Gators Women’s Softball Team at Allegheny College, where she plans to major in healthcare management.

Robinson is a four-year member of Mars Area High School Varsity Softball Team, which advanced to the first round of the 2024 WPIAL Class 5A Varsity Softball Championship. She was named to the 2024 All-Section 3-5A First Team and received an All-Section Honorable Mention in 2023.

At Mars Area High School, she is a member of Future Business Leaders of America, Key Club, Spanish Club, Spanish National Honor Society and Wind Ensemble. And, during her freshman and sophomore years, Robinson was a member of the Girls Varsity Basketball Team.

In the community, she volunteers at The Miracle League of Southwestern Pennsylvania and the Lighthouse Foundation Food Bank.

Lucas LindLucas Lind signed a letter of intent to join the Fighting Irish Men’s Lacrosse Team at Notre Dame, where he plans to major in bioengineering.

At Mars Area High School, Lind is a four-year member of the Boys Varsity Lacrosse Team. In the community, he volunteers with local youth lacrosse programs.

Rachel BakerRachel Baker signed a letter of intent to join the Eagles Women’s Lacrosse Team at Ashland University, where she plans to major in psychology.

Baker is a four-year member of the Mars Area High School Girls Varsity Lacrosse Team and captain of the team during her senior year. She received multiple All-Conference honors throughout her high school career.
