Mars Area High School auditorium set the stage for the annual “Night of Jazz & Chorus Cabaret” on May 17.

 

The show featured performances by the school’s Jazz  Ensemble, Show Choir, Period 6 Chorus, and Period 8 Chorus as well as numerous group and solo acts.

 

Individual acts were performed by seniors Trenton Farley, Miranda Gehm, Ashley Milk, Isabela Montes, Adela Schrecengost, Alanna Shaw, Ella Tirch; juniors Amelia Collins, Vanessa Lunger, Addison Nailler and Charlotte Paugh; sophomores Riley Carrel, Charlie Coker, Cora Huffman and Elizabeth Kelly; and freshmen Nina Cinalli and Jenna Smith.

 

Group acts were offered by sophomores Lacey Kern and Grace McMichael; senior Adam Julian and sophomore Marcus Spurgeon; seniors Ashley Milk and Marko Pavlovski; junior Alyssa Hipsky, sophomores Riley Carrel and Brody Slavicek and freshmen Nina Cinalli and Jenna Smith; seniors Lauren Karg and  Isabela Montes; senior Alanna Shaw and sophomore Lexi Shaw; senior Nicholas Ferrari, junior Dominic Speranza and sophomore Aidan Krepin; and, senior Miranda Gehm and junior Addison Nailler.

 

The show also featured a performance by a rock band, made up of sophomore Naeema Dheen and freshmen Nathan Deemer, Alayna Renton and Robert Yeager.
