Mars Area High School will host a “Friday Night Lineup” event at 7 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 18, at Mars Athletic Complex. Gates open at 6 p.m. 

The event, which is open to the entire Mars Area community, will offer an opportunity to meet the members of the 2024-2025 Fightin’ Planets Varsity Football Team as well as performances by the Mars Area High School cheerleaders, dance team and marching band.

Food trucks and refreshment, provided by Bebe Kakes, Fat Boy Concessions, Hot Mama’s Pierogies, Kona Ice, and Steve & Benny’s Chicken Shack, will be available for purchase.

Admission is free. However, attendees are asked to bring a non-perishable food item to benefit those in need through Inspired Hearts & Hands. Monetary donations will also be accepted online at http://mhspreseason24.givesmart.com.
