Mars Area High School will present Murder on the Orient Express at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 8, and Saturday, Nov. 9, in the auditorium.
The play, based on the classic book by Agatha Christie, follows famous detective Hercule Poirot (Domenic Speranza), who is tasked with solving the murder of businessman Samuel Rachette (Camden Kleba). With the train halted by a snowdrift and, surrounded by a menagerie of peculiar characters, including an aging Russian princess, her Swedish companion, a Hungarian countess, a Minnesota housewife, a Scottish colonel, an English governess, a French conductor, a disagreeable American businessman and his anxious secretary, Poirot must strives to solve the case of the Murder on the Orient Express.
