Mid-term / Final Exams are scheduled as follows:
Day #1 – January 10, 2025 – Friday – Exams during Period 1
Day #2 – January 13, 2025 – Monday – Exams during Periods 2 and 6
Day #3 – January 14, 2025 – Tuesday – Exams during Periods 3 and 7
Day #4 – January 15, 2025 – Wednesday – Exams during Periods 4 and 8
Day #5 – January 16, 2025 – Thursday – Exams during 5 and 9
All scheduled Mid-term/Finals will be conducted even if school is delayed due to weather. If school is cancelled, the day of the exam will move to the next day school is in session (regular schedule or 2-hour delay schedule). We will follow Semester 1 schedules until all 5 days of the Mid-term/Final Exam week are complete.
Teachers will have bell schedules posted on their Schoology pages and students may obtain paper copies in the main office.
Please note the following:
- All exam periods are approximately 80 minutes in length
- All non-exam periods are approximately 30 minutes in length- slightly longer on Day #1
- There are 4 minutes between lunches and all classes
All Students:
- It will be an expectation that all students will attend their regularly scheduled classes all day and up to the last day of the semester.
- Final exams don’t mean that you are done for the semester. Instruction will occur to the last day of the semester. Teachers will hold students accountable for this instruction.
All Vo-tech Students:
- On day #1, you will be exempt from attending Vo-tech so that you can remain in your period 6 course, or you can choose to leave period 6 early to attend Vo-tech. We will still have a bus run for students that don’t have a conflict.
- On day #2, you will be exempt from attending Vo-tech so that you can remain in period 6. We will still have a bus run for students that don’t have a conflict.
- You will need a parent note, turned into the main office, to be excused from school after your exam on day #2. Otherwise, you will report to study hall for the remainder of the day.
- On days #3, #4 and #5, the Vo-tech bus doesn’t depart from the high school until 12:20 pm. After your period 6, you will report to study hall until the bus arrives
All JROTC Students:
- On day #1, you will attend JROTC and then report to study hall in the LGI until period 2 begins.
- On day #2, you will not attend JROTC- report to study hall in the LGI for period 1
- On day #3, you will not attend JROTC- report to study hall in the LGI for period 1
- On day #4, you will not attend JROTC- report to study hall in the LGI for period 1
- On day #5, you will not attend JROTC- report to study hall in the LGI for period 1
All Early Released Students:
- You may need to stay longer into the day than usual. Please read the schedule and adjust your work schedules accordingly.
Attached you will also find a copy of the 2-Hour Delay Mid-term/Final Exams Week Bell Schedules in case it is needed at all. All scheduled Mid-term/Finals will be conducted on a 2-hour delay. If school is cancelled, the day of the exam will move to the next day school is in session (regular schedule or 2-hour delay schedule). We will follow Semester-One schedules until all 5 days of the Mid-term/Final Exam week are complete.
