Mid-term / Final Exams are scheduled as follows:

Day #1 – January 8, 2026 – Thursday – Exams during Period 1
Day #2 – January 9, 2026 – Friday – Exams during Periods 2 and 6
Day #3 – January 12, 2026 – Monday – Exams during Periods 3 and 7
Day #4 – January 13, 2026 – Tuesday – Exams during Periods 4 and 8
Day #5 – January 14, 2026 – Wednesday – Exams during 5 and 9

All scheduled Mid-term/Finals will be conducted even if school is delayed due to weather.  If school is cancelled, the exam will be rescheduled to the next day school is in session (regular schedule or 2-hour delay schedule).  We will follow the Semester 1 schedule until all 5 days of the Mid-term/Final Exam week are complete.

Teachers will have bell schedules posted on their Schoology pages, and students may obtain paper copies in the main office.                                                                 

Please note the following:

• All exam periods are approximately 80 minutes in length
• All non-exam periods are approximately 30 minutes in length- slightly longer on Day #1
• There are 4 minutes between lunches and all classes

All Students:

• It will be an expectation that all students will attend their regularly scheduled classes all day and up to the last day of the semester. 
• Final exams don’t mean that you are done for the semester.  Instruction will continue through the last day of the semester.  Teachers will hold students accountable for this instruction.

All Vo-Tech Students:

• January 8, 2026 - Midterm Day 1- bus will leave at 12:30
• January 9, 2026- Midterm Day 2- students will be exempt from attending BCAVTS if they have a period 6 exam. We will still have a bus run for students who don’t have a conflict.
• If you are taking an exam in Period 6, you will need a parent note, turned into the main office, to be excused from school after your exam on day #2.  Otherwise, you will report to study hall for the remainder of the day.
• January 12-14, 2026- Midterm Days 3-5- bus will leave at 12:20- students will report to the study hall after period 6 until the bus leaves.

All JROTC Students:

• January 8, 2026- Midterm Day 1 (Period 1)- AF-JROTC students will attend JROTC and then report to the study hall in the LGI for the remainder of Period 1
• January 9, 2026- Midterm Day 2 (Period 2 and 6)- AF-JROTC students will not attend at Pine Richland, will report to Homeroom and then Study Hall in LGI for Period 1
• January 12, 2026- Midterm Day 3 (Period 3 and 7)-  AF-JROTC students will attend JROTC and then report to Period 3- will miss period 2 on this day
• January 13, 2026- Midterm Day 4 (Period 4 and 8)- AF-JROTC students will attend JROTC and then report to Period 3- will miss period 2 on this day
• January 14, 2026- Midterm Day 5 (Period 5 and 9)- AF-JROTC students will attend JROTC and then report to Period 3- will miss period 2 on this day

All Early Released Students:

• You may need to stay longer into the day than usual.  Please read the schedule and adjust your work schedules accordingly

Below is also a copy of the 2-Hour Delay Mid-term/Final Exams Week Bell Schedules.  All scheduled Mid-term/Finals will be conducted on a 2-hour delay.  If school is cancelled, the exam will be rescheduled to the next day school is in session (regular schedule or 2-hour delay schedule).  We will follow the Semester-One schedule until all 5 days of the Midterm/Final Exam week are complete.
