Several members of Mars Area High School National Honor Society joined in a Candy for Cancer project to benefit local cancer patients.

Junior Josephine “Joey” Fitzgerald organized the community service project, asking her fellow NHS members to contribute candy for the cause. She and a group of NHS members then assembled 300 bags of candy, which will be distributed at patients at UPMC Hillman Cancer Center.
