Five Mars Area High School students were selected for recognition in the 2018 Slippery Rock University Instagram High School Drawing Contest.

Juniors Madison Ceasar, Emma Voelker and Teressa Wesley were selected as contest winners and juniors Camryn Reynolds and Elyse Spaun received honorable mentions. The students’ works were selected from more 160 entries by 66 students at 19 local high schools.

All contest winners will be recognized at the 2018 SRU Juried Student Art Exhibition opening reception at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, April 2, at Slippery Rock University’s Martha Gault Gallery.
