Five Mars Area High School students were selected for induction into the school’s National Business Honor Society chapter.

Inductees are seniors Jonathan Knotts and Ashley Parham; and juniors Alexis Bonifate, Anastasia Bonifate and Matthew Olsen.

The program is open to high school juniors and seniors who are enrolled in or have completed a third business course. To be eligible, students must also have a minimum 3.5 GPA in all business classes and 3.0 overall.

The National Business Honor Society, a division of the National Business Education Association, promotes academic achievement in business education; recognizes leadership skills and character development; and encourages involvement in service learning initiatives.
