Dear Parent/Guardian:

 

I hope this letter finds you having a great summer! I am writing in regards to the student schedules for grades 9-12 for the 2018-2019 school year.

 

The schedules for the 2018-2019 school year lists all of the courses placed in a student’s schedule by the periods that they will meet. Student’s schedules may have been adjusted if pre-requisites were not met, if courses were full or would not fit into the student’s schedule with other requests and/or if Keystone remediation courses needed to be added.

 

Like last year, Mars Area High School will be utilizing the Skyward student information system to communicate and deliver student schedules for the 2018-2019 school year. We ask that all students and parents log onto Skyward to view their schedule and homeroom assignments.

 

If you notice a conflict or error, please contact the appropriate guidance counselor by email. Please note that guidance counselors do not work regular hours over the summer and that all conflicts will be resolved by the end of the 10-day add/drop period. Additionally, individual teacher requests are not permitted.
