Several Mars Area High School students were selected by solo audition to perform in the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association (PMEA) District 5 Honors Chorus Festival, to be held Nov. 1-3 at Westminster College (New Wilmington, Pa.)

Students are seniors Hilary Biaku, Ethan Skinner and Elyse Spaun; and junior Griffin Miller. Dr. Christopher Kiver, Pennsylvania State University director of choral activities, will serve as guest conductor.

The event will conclude with a public concert at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 3, at Westminster College’s Orr Auditorium. Tickets are $5 and may be purchased at the door.
