Mars Area High School offers students an opportunity to take various AP Exams during each school year.  For more information, click on the following:

If your student is enrolled in an AP class for the 2024-2025 School Year, please read this letter carefully.  Below is the AP test schedule and payment information for Mars Area High School.  

The College Board sets the schedule and all exam fees.

 

The following important information pertains to paying for the AP tests:

• The amount due is $99.00 per test with the exception of AP Seminar is $147 per test. If your student is taking more than one test, you may write one check or add more than one test to your cart in RevTrak for all the tests they are taking.
• Please note The College Board provides a fee reduction per AP Exam for eligible students with financial needs.  The cost would be $53.00 per exam and AP Seminar would be $101.00 per exam. If you qualify for a fee reduction and would like to pay online, please reach out to Jackie Kovach in the main office.
• Payment can be made online through RevTrak online or by check. 

RevTrak Payments

• A RevTrak account must be set up in order for parents/guardians to make electronic payments. The webstore offers a secure, user-friendly and convenient way for parents/guardians to pay student fees. The system also offers e-mail notifications and receipts for all purchases.
• Once you are logged into RevTrak you can chose “Skyward Payments” under “Browse” and then add the Optional Fee for AP Testing to your cart.
• Answers to frequently asked questions regarding use of the webstore are available online at https://marsk12.revtrak.net/FAQ. Additional questions may be submitted via the webstore’s “Contact Us” form (https://marsk12.revtrak.net/ContactUs).

Check Payments

• Checks are to be made out to Mars Area High School.
• Write on the check your student’s name and which AP Test(s) for which you are paying.
• Money should be turned into Mrs. Kovach in the Front Office.

The deadline for paying for AP Tests is Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at 8:30 a.m.
